The process is simple. Once a customer places an order through Slim Devices' website (www.slimdevices.com), they'll be sent shipping supplies, including a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Then simply send the CDs to Slim Devices and within 4 days, we'll ship them back with their digital files burned on to DVD (or CD-R).
